In addition to our precision machining capabilities, our extensive experience with engineering materials and processes means that we can often make vital contributions to the project outcomes.
Parts for testing and evaluation
Ironbox Engineering regularly produces components for product development companies and process engineers. We manufacture proof of concept parts for testing and evaluation.
Several research organisations and industrial design companies use Ironbox to supply critical components and assemblies.
Proving suitability in the live environment
Once proof of concept is achieved, a production prototype run is sometimes undertaken to determine suitability in the live environment. This enables accurate assessments to be made of functionality and serviceability, enabling further fine-tuning before committing to full production.
