Dairy Processors
A large cheese manufacturer engaged Ironbox to improve the reliability of electrical connection for high-current heat-sealing bars on an orbital motion machine located in a wet / washdown area.
Our solution has extended their maintenance interval from one month to over twelve months — a huge saving in labour, components and production availability — and has been in production for nearly two decades.
Ironbox still provides a return-to-depot repair and refurbishment maintenance service to this customer.
Multi-Stage Roll Forming Machine
In partnership with a local roll-forming company, we carried out the design detail, machining and assembly for a new, multi-stage roll forming machine.
In addition to the form rollers and shafts, we also built the punching and shearing tooling for the machine.
