Precision components in any material
Our highly skilled machinists can produce a wide variety of engineered components, using a range of different processes and materials — made possible by our CNC machines.
Utilising the automation advantage of our CNC machines we can effectively manufacture from individual parts to large production runs. We have vast experience with producing simple and complex parts from common and exotic materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, high tensile steels, engineering plastics, copper, brass, bronze, tool steels, titanium, graphite, glass epoxy, powder metallurgy steels and inconel.
With our expertise in fixture design, tooling selection and tool path optimisation, we can deliver accurate and efficient machining services in a timely fashion.

Accurate welding and fabrication
Our fabricators have the experience and knowledge to produce fabrications of high accuracy and quality. In addition, our in-house machining capabilities allow us to carry out mid-process or post-process machining of critical bores and faces where required. This makes for trouble-free assembly and reliable operation of the finished articles.
We carry out welding and fabrication of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, using MIG and TIG welding.
From two parts to hundreds
The fitting and assembly of the components made at Ironbox is another of the services provided. We can also supply the necessary commercial items such as bearings, seals, actuators and drives.
We offer a full assembly and testing service, covering everything from basic assemblies of two or three parts to complex designs with hundreds of components. Where necessary, we work closely with licenced industrial electricians to include electrical fitting and upgrade when required.
